SHIPPING FAQ
Online orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post from our Toronto warehouse.
Once an order is placed online, we ship out fabric orders from our distribution center within 1-3 business days and we will email your tracking number for you to ensure your delivery date. Special orders including some notions may take up to 5 business days to process depending on inventory.
When your order has been shipped out, You will receive your tracking number if applicable. Please note items shipped via Letter Mail will not be provided a tracking number. We are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to any unforeseen circumstances, customs or weather.

Our physical storefront for in-person shopping is located on the main floor of 161 Spadina Ave. South-East corner of Queen St W and Spadina Ave. Open 7 days a week 12pm -4 pm
